JOHN FRENCH FOR SPRING VALLEY MAYOR I just want to thank the people of Spring Valley for even giving me the opportunity to run for Spring Valley Mayor. It means so much to me because I want to make big changes for everyone in this town. I know you, the people of this community, want to make as many changes to this town as I do. The town has been in dire need of change for years. Major changes are needed. With French for Mayor, we can make that happen. You own the vote to make the biggest change that Spring Valley has ever seen. Your vote can change this entire town. From our downtown to our residential areas, it is in your power to change. I know I have made some strong statements, and have made some serious promises, but I have truly meant everything I have said through this whole campaign. I have worked very hard in this campaign, and I will work even harder when I'm your mayor. If I wasn't ready to be your mayor, I would have never put in a petition. I could have done this in the past, but I didn't. I waited until I was 100% dedicated to this town. I will always make the best decisions for this town, for you the people to make this town great again. I will follow through with the biggest decisions that make this town great on a day to day basis for the people of this town. The biggest reason in my heart to run for Spring Valley is that our property taxes are higher than any other cities around us. We pay a higher property tax, so we should have something better in our town. We should have more businesses, better streets, alleys and sidewalks in our town. When we look at other cities who have lower taxes and more to offer, I want to do the same. We need things in our community that we can do as a family. I want to work hard to make this happen. If we're going to have the high taxes, let's have a reason for it. I want to do whatever it takes to make the changes that are good for everyone, in every home and in every business in this town. All I can tell you is I have your best interests at heart, and am determined to do what it takes to make this town great again. I am passionate because this town is good, and I know we can make it great. We just need to build on this foundation to make it the best town. With French for Mayor we can make that happen.
