FRENCH FOR I FOR SPRING VALLEY MAYOR My plan is to take this town to the 21st century. I have never wanted it to be any different than that. I feel like I am the strongest candidate, and the most highly-skilled candidate. I feel that I will be the best mayor to ever put out a petition for Mayor. The reason is because I know I will do the job. The reason I am so passionate about wanting to do this in our town is because there are so many people in our town that care. And want it back the way it was 20 years ago. One reason I can be so strong in this position, is I have my own equipment. I can go down and fix the buildings with the materials and equipment that I already own. I have what it takes to do the job for this town. I have the ability because I have the equipment. I don't have to rent a man-lift, I own one. I just need to go down and work on the buildings and do the things that will make our town look better. Each and every day. BEFORE AFTER A lot of people say, how can French do this for nothing? Look at what I did to this comer. I invest in this town because I believe in this town. I took an old building and made it beautiful and that's what I'll do to our downtown area. As mayor, I know I can do the job. I have something inside me that tells me that it's time to bring back Spring Valley the way it used to be.A part of me won't give up because it tells me I need to try to bring it back to when we had a lot of business in this town. I want to bring that back today. I won't give up until I do that. I'm going to fight until we have businesses back in this town. I pay huge taxes to this city, and I know everyone else does as well. I am upset we have to pay high taxes when there's not enough business in this town. We have to do something. Someone needs to do something. John French can do that. If I am elected I will give this back to this town. I said Spring Valley needs me. But I need them too.
