FRENCH FOR SPRING VALLEY MAYOR The Spring Valley Police Department is a force made up of officers who represent the best part of law enforcement - community connection, commitment and service. The Spring Valley Police Department has shown themselves to be an honest and hard-working department. The officers provide leadership and are positive role models in the community. Officers in the department are always giving back to the community. They go out of their way to help families in this community, sometimes even providing their own time or money. I think Adam Curran is a great Chief of Police. He has more passion and commitment to the people of Spring Valley than any other Chief of Police I have seen. As a Chief of Police, not only does he have the adults' best interest in mind, he also has our children's best interests. I think Adam Curran will continue to raise the awareness in our community each and every day. Superintendent Jef Norton's knowledge and experience is very beneficial to our community, and he has been a great asset for years to this town. He will continue to be a great asset for our community. I do not care what they did to me and how they tried to make me look in the NewsTribune. My concern from this day forward is what I can do for you as an individual or business. I will fight for the citizens of this town and their best interests. The entire video was not shown of the council meeting, and they only showed very small clips. Regarding the incident surrounding the theft of signs, I am very disappointed that my signs have been taken out of places people have allowed me to place them. I have a belief, and my belief is to leave no one behind and make sure everyone has a voice and has an opportunity to grow as a community. Strong small businesses are key to a thriving local economy. As mayor, I will seek out ways to support and celebrate our small businesses and work to create new opportunities for business development. It will be my personal goal to help downtown Spring Valley become beautitul again. My plan when I become Mayor of Spring Valley is to fix up older homes in the community with help from Labor of Love and Volunteers. I will have people walk beside me and help me fox up homes for people who are not able to keep their home updated so our community can grow as one. The reason I feel very strong on this is my background and drive to do this. As a mayor of Spring Vailey, when i am elected I will fix this town in every way, not just the downtown businesses. I will look at all homes on a day to day basis and see where we need improvement. I am 100% committed every day to bringing businesses and families to move to Spring Valley. It is very rare to find a mayor who is passionate and invested in the community like John French. My plan as a mayor is to put a Youth Center in town for the kids in this town. There has never been a place for kids to go to in this community. I will start the plans the day I take office. From this day forward, I commit to you when I become mayor we will build our future together and Spring Valley will become an even better community for everybody.
