Chris began her career at the facility on January 30, 1975, as a Nurse Aide at the then Heritage Manor Convalescent Center. In 1977, Administrator Jean Dyer appointed her Activity Director. "I've seen a lot of changes in long-term care over the years, and all for the better. Forty-five years later, I still enjoy going to work every day. I love when I can empower my residents to join in an activity, project, event, or even sing that favorite song... things they enjoyed doing when they were at home.
