There are more challenges today than ever! Covid-19 certainly changed how business is done through the entire fresh meat supply chain. We were able to keep our shelves full and stocked for our customers and continue to provide the best Certified Angus Beef, Fresh USA government inspected pork, and USA Grade A Chicken at excellent prices. Currently, there are many labor shortages in several of the packing plants which is driving up the cost of goods tremendously. One thing we do is cut all our own fresh meat everyday so we don't have some of the challenges of the "precut" meat stores that have to wait for it cut and transported from somewhere else. Also, we are always working on training and hiring professional meat cutters to provide the best quality meat for our customers. This assures us and our customers the freshest and best possible product out there. Also, with aggressive and timely buying, we are able to keep up with our customer's demands to ensure that we will continue to carry everything they've come to expect in Sullivans Foods quality of fresh meats.
