The property taxes extended for debt service and public building commission leases for 2018 were $4,313,146. The estimated property taxes to be levied for debt service and public building com- mission leases for 2019 are $4,149,163. This represents a 3.8 percent decrease from the previous year. The total property taxes extended for 2018 were $13,897,003. The estimated total property taxes to be lev- ied for 2019 are $14,589,961.
