IVCILS five core services are: Information and Referral We offer guidance in locating services and products. Advocacy - We work together with our partners to eliminate barriers. allowing people with disabilities to fully participate in society. Peer Counseling - The peer relationship helps individuals work through matters, specific to their particular disability. Independent Living Skills Training - We teach a wide range of skills needed to live independently and manage life with a disability.
